Refund policy
Exchange Policy
We accept product exchanges within 3 days from the date you received your order, excluding sale and clearance items.
No refunds will be provided under any circumstances. We only allow product exchanges.
Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- The item must be unused and in new, sellable condition.
A valid receipt or invoice is required for all exchanges.
Non-Exchangeable Conditions
Toys
- Opened or used toys, especially plush toys or items that cannot be sanitized, cannot be exchanged due to hygiene concerns
- Toys with broken seals or items not in resellable condition cannot be returned for safety and health reasons.
Underwear, Swimwear, Bras, and Intimates
- Once opened and tried on, these items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Feeding Items
- Opened or used feeding items (baby bottles, nipples, sippy cups) cannot be exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons
- Breast pumps and personal hygiene items that contact the body are non-returnable once opened
- Items that have been used, even if they appear unused, cannot be exchanged for health and safety reasons.
How to Make an Exchange
If you received your item and wish to exchange it:
- Contact us first via Email or WhatsApp to inform us of the issue (e.g., you want to change the size).
- Once confirmed, bring the item to our designated shop (Kiulap/Delima/KB) within 3 working days to complete the exchange.
Exchange Value
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange.
- You may exchange it for another item of equal or higher value.
- Any price difference for a higher-value item must be paid to secure the exchange.
Special Cases
Return Shipping
Any cost associated with returning the item to us for an exchange will not be refunded.
If you receive the wrong product by our mistake, we will cover the return shipping cost and deliver the correct item to you.
If you ordered an item that is found to be Out of Stock during packing, we will refund that item immediately before the rest of your order is sent.
